Fees and Insurance

There are two ways to pay for our sessions together:

Option one is to use your insurance. I am an in-network provider with:

• BCBS

• NC State Health Plan (for teachers and state employees)

• Aetna

• Out-of-Network Provider

Option two is to pay out of pocket. For this, my standard rate is $140 per 53-minute session. However, I believe that therapy should be accessible to you regardless of your ability to pay. Talk to me if you are in need.
